Alfa King cold room panel with double gasket
Alfa King is a cold room panel with a double seal: a continuous EPDM gasket built into the joint, which stays flexible down to -40 °C, plus a sealant applied on site. Tested dry-coupled, the joint is watertight to 1350 Pa and airtight to 500 Pa.

About the Alfa King cold room panel
It is used for chill rooms from -5 to +15 °C, freezers from -24 to 0 °C, controlled-atmosphere stores and clean rooms, from 100 to 200 mm thick with U-values down to 0.11 W/m²K. Stainless steel facings suit dairies and meat plants. With a PIR core it is B-s1,d0 from 100 mm and EI60 at 200 mm for spans up to 4 m.

- Polyurethane (PUR) foamed continuously; PIR (polyisocyanurate) available on request (non-standard). Density 39 ±2 kg/m³. Initial thermal conductivity λ = 0.020 W/mK. Declared U-value is the 25-year value (Appendix C, EN 13165).

- Patented double seal: continuous hollow EPDM gasket in the joint (flexible to −40 °C) + site-applied single-component thixotropic PU or silicone sealant. Tested water-tight to 1350 Pa and air-tight to 500 Pa (dry-coupled).
