WFJ cold store panel, foamed joint
WFJ is a cold store panel for low and very low temperatures. Polyurethane is injected into the joint on site, making the wall or ceiling one continuous, sealed surface with no thermal bridges at the joints.

About the WFJ cold store panel
It is the thickest panel in the range, from 100 to 240 mm, reaching a U-value of 0.09 W/m²K at 240 mm. The foamed joint needs specialist installers. With a PIR core it is certified B-s1,d0.

- Polyurethane (PUR) foamed continuously; PIR (polyisocyanurate) available on request (non-standard). Density 39 ±2 kg/m³. Initial thermal conductivity λ = 0.020 W/mK. Declared U-value is the 25-year value (Appendix C, EN 13165).

- Foamed joint: polyurethane injected on site into containment profiles between panels – monolithic, fully sealed wall/ceiling. Needs specialist installers and equipment.
